LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE : 2-4 years.
REMUNERATION: INR 3.6L – 5.2L Annual CTC(Based on skills and relevant working experience.

Position Summary:
The Program Associate/Senior Program Associate will support the effective implementation of ThinkZone’s education programmes through coordination, stakeholder engagement, and monitoring and evaluation. The role involves planning and executing programme activities, developing and reviewing learning content aligned with the state curriculum, maintaining data and reports, conducting research, and documenting insights.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple programme activities efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Odia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for data management, reporting, and presentations.
• Strong analytical and research abilities, with attention to detail for effective monitoring and documentation.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for developing engaging learning and communication materials.
• Understanding of early-grade education and a creative approach to designing and reviewing educational resources would be an added advantage.
