Job Role: Program Associate – Pedagogy & Content
Job Type / Level of Effort: Full-time
Base Location: Cuttack, Odisha (Office-based)
Remuneration: Annual CTC ₹4.5 – ₹6 Lakhs (commensurate with relevant skills and experience; with flexibility for exceptional candidates).

Position Summary
The Program Associate / Senior Program Associate – Pedagogy & Content will support the design and implementation of curriculum-aligned learning content for early and primary grades. The role involves working closely with academic and programme teams to develop engaging, age-appropriate educational resources for large-scale government and community-based programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support curriculum-aligned content development for early and primary grades
• Design and review worksheets, learning materials, and teacher resources
• Ensure pedagogical quality and age-appropriateness of content
• Collaborate with programme teams to adapt content for field implementation
• Support documentation of pedagogical approaches and best practices
• Assist in reviewing assessment tools and learning materials

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding or interest in early childhood and primary education pedagogy
• Ability to design engaging, learner-centric educational content and activities for learners
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to support content creation, lesson planning, and research
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe or similar tools
• Good writing, editing, and review skills in English; knowledge of Odia will be an added advantage
• Openness to feedback and iterative content improvement
• Background in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields will be preferred
