Job Role: Research Associate / Senior Program Associate
Job Type / Level of Effort: Full-time
Base Location: Cuttack, Odisha (Office-based)
Remuneration: Annual CTC ₹4.5 – ₹6 Lakhs (commensurate with relevant skills and experience; with flexibility for exceptional candidates).

Position Summary
The Program Associate / Senior Program Associate – Research & Monitoring will support ThinkZone’s education programmes through data management, research, monitoring and evaluation, and evidence generation. The role will focus on collecting, analysing, and interpreting programme data to inform decision-making and strengthen programme effectiveness, particularly in government collaboration projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage programme data, dashboards, and periodic reports
• Support monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes
• Conduct research, data analysis, and documentation of insights
• Track programme progress against indicators and outcomes
• Support impact reporting for internal, government, and donor stakeholders
• Maintain data quality, documentation, and version control

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for research, data interpretation, and productivity along with Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.), and Canva.
• Ability to synthesise data into clear insights, reports, and presentations
• Strong attention to detail with good documentation skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Odia will be an added advantage
