Job Description
Position Title: Field Coordinator (INRM)
Number of Vacancies: 3
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with communities, Gram Panchayats, and stakeholders for planning and implementation of INRM & WASH activities
- Support communities in developing and implementing plans related to natural resource management, agriculture, water, and sanitation
- Conduct surveys and analyze soil, water resources, and WASH status in schools
- Coordinate with district administration, Panchayati Raj Institutions, CSOs, and community institutions
- Facilitate preparation and implementation of area-specific land, water, agriculture, and WASH interventions
- Organize and support capacity-building programs for community members and field cadres
- Monitor project progress at the field level, collect and analyze data, and ensure quality implementation of project deliverables
- Prepare reports, case studies, and documentation of project learnings
- Participate and present progress in relevant forums and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Take up any additional responsibilities as required for project implementation
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Science, Social Sciences, Civil Engineering, Agriculture Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Integrated Natural Resource Management (INRM) and/or WASH activities
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and community engagement skills
- Good coordination and networking abilities
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email)
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and institutions
- Willingness to travel and work in remote rural areas
Place of Posting/Location: Karanjia block in Keonjhar district and Jashipur block in Mayurbhanj district, Odisha
Proposed Salary Range: Rs. 22,000 - 32,000 CTC per month, based on qualification and experience (as per PRADAN pay structure)
Nature of Job: One-year fixed term contract, extendable based on performance and project continuity

Preference:
- Candidates fluent in Odia language and ready to work in remote village settings at Block level are encouraged to apply
- Speaking in Hindi is an additional benefit
