Job Description -

1. Roles & Responsibilities

A. Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL)

• Maintain project MIS, beneficiary rosters, reach data, and indicator tracking.

• Support real-time reviews, assessments (rapid, sectoral) based on the learning agendas, baseline/endline/annual surveys.

• Support reporting in MIS platforms present dashboards.

• Develop documentation: case studies, best practices, learning briefs.

B. Project & Programme Implementation

• Maintain regular coordination with Cluster Coordinators.

• Maintain regular coordination with district officials

• Maintain contact with farmers, champion farmers, groups formed under the project, seedbank and FPC officials, and communities.

C. Capacity Building

• Build capacity of staff on MIS implementation.

• Conduct orientations on MEAL, MIS, data tools, assessments, and programme requirements.

D. Field Visits

• Undertake regular field visits for monitoring and supportive supervision.

2. Experience Requirements

Essential Experience

• 2–3 years of experience (depending on position level) in:

o MEAL / M&E / KM / programme implementation

o Working with NGOs systems

Preferred / Additional Experience

• Experience with:

o Mobile-based data collection (KoBo, ODK)

o MIS development and management

o Excel/ GIS

o Working with community structures and multi-stakeholder coordination

3. Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Graduate / Master's in:

o Any discipline

Desirable Qualifications

• Diploma/Certification in:

o Data analysis / MIS / ICT

o GIS

o Computer applications

4. Skill Requirements

Technical Skills

• Quantitative & qualitative data analysis

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, MIS tools,

• Experience using digital data tools

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication (oral & written)

• Coordination and networking

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Strong time management skills
