Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing employee volunteering initiatives under the Bank’s CSR strategy. The role will also support broader CSR program management, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s ESG goals and CSR policy.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and roll out structured employee volunteering programs aligned with CSR themes and business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to drive participation and impact of volunteering initiatives.
• Develop engagement strategies to increase employee involvement and measure program effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed MIS and documentation for all volunteering activities to ensure audit readiness.
• Support CSR program implementation, including due diligence, partner onboarding, and monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to integrate employee volunteering with CSR projects for enhanced social impact.
• Organize campaigns, events, and communication efforts to promote volunteering culture across the organization.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Communications team to amplify CSR initiatives through various platforms.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in CSR, employee engagement, or program management.
• Master’s degree in social work, Masters in Social Entrepreneurship, or related field. Skills Required:

• Event planning and coordination
