We are looking to hire a Chief Operating Officer for CYSD to help steer the next phase of growth and will work closely with our senior leadership to:
1. Translate strategy into actionable and scalable programs
2. Improve systems, governance, and internal processes
3. Oversee financial management, compliance, and donor partnerships
4. Build strong relationships with government, donors, and civil society partners
5. Strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement initiatives

If you are a seasoned development professional with 8–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles with experience in managing large, complex development programs with a postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields, then please apply.
